Hasnul has been involved in the cleaning industry for the past 30 years, with the majority of this time spent learning all aspects of operations in Australia. Excited by the opportunity to introduce Robotics and Green Cleaning Technology throughout the world, Hasnul proudly established One Step International in Malaysia, in 2015. Since that time, with passion, expertise and state of the art technology, One Step International has expanded into one of the leading cleaning companies in the country. With innovative and cost effective cleaning methods, alongside professional and genuine customer service, One Step has become the preferred service provider for building owners and facility management companies throughout Malaysia. One Step has ongoing projects at KLCC CONVENTION CENTRE, MITEC, Miti, Traders Hotel KLCC, KOMTAR Penang & Legoland. One Step Facilities Management (OSFM) was established in year 2000 in Melbourne, Australia. Since the humble beginning, 1Step has grown each year in size and expertise. OSFM prides itself on the ability to service a range of commercial client, from small to very large by providing each prospective client with a unique cleaning solution that can deliver a premium service at competitive price.
OSFM dedication to CUSTOMER SERVICE has been recognised by the Australian Achiever Award competition.
